• Improve participation in Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s).

• Upper limb rehabilitation and focusing on the functional use of the upper limb.

• Botox management: Assessments and treatment.

• Physical rehabilitation (alongside physiotherapy).

• Visual assessments and rehabilitation. 

• Cognitive assessments & rehabilitation.

• Accessibility assessments + home adaptations advice + assistive device recommendations.

• Geriatric / Dementia Assessments and Support.

• Family support including psychoeducation.

• Caregiver training 

• Ordering assistive devices and teaching the patient how to use them.

• Driving readiness assessments.

• Stroke Social group (monthly meetings)

Vocational Rehabilitation:

• Work readiness assessments.

• Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE’s).

• Vocational Rehabilitation + Work Hardening.

• Case Management, incl work visits, liaising with employers, and assisting with the return-to-work process and designing graded return to work programs.
